Xin was introduced to climbing in 2021 and initially found the sport intimidating. However, joining ClimbMuz in Bethwall changed her perspective. She appreciated its beginner-friendly approach and safe, welcoming environment that aligned with her values. This newfound confidence led her to climb regularly and immerse herself in the community, becoming a facilitator and committee member. Recently completing her Climbing Wall Instructor (CWI) training, Xin’s passion for climbing has taken her to breathtaking locations, including Portland, Wales, Tenerife, and even as far as Thailand.

For Xin, climbing is not just a sport but a journey shared with a supportive community. She values the friendships she has formed and admires the generosity of climbers who give their time to coach, plan trips, and support others. Through climbing, Xin has met some of her closest friends and found a "second family" in the ClimbMuz community, which has helped her grow both personally and as a climber. She is deeply grateful for how ClimbMuz makes climbing accessible, inspiring her to continue fostering this welcoming culture for others.
